Summer Skin: Facials with Gazelli

April 30, 2015

When it comes to my skin, I like to keep things simple. Skin is our largest organ and its incredibly sensitive to what we put in and on our bodies. So, I try to live by a ‘less is more’ approach, making sure I’m drinking lots of water, getting sweaty with cardio, sleeping enough, and using a good moisturiser. But when I find a skin specialist that I really trust, I love to indulge in the rejuvenation of a facial. There are few things in the city more relaxing than going to an atelier and completely zoning out, knowing that while you’re giving your mind a break, your skin is getting a boost too.

Gazelli Skincare is my absolute favourite facialist in London, and I love using their products at home in between facials to keep my skin youthful. So when they asked me to come and try their brand new facial I was jumping at the chance. Just recently they released an Advanced Collection, with their unique White Oil™ formulation. The experience combines bio-active botanicals with the support of theOXYjet™ machine, a scientifically certified system, to maximise lymphatic drainage, sculpting and lifting.

The intensive purifying system starts with a deep slow abdominal massage that soothes the digestive system and encourage a deep internal detoxification. The Gazelli practitioners are trained in massage techniques that stimulate and activate the botanicals of the facial formulation, helping to create a restorative experience that detoxifies and nourishes your skin and soul. The facial itself uses natural pineapple and papaya extracts to cleanse and remove dead skin cells and finishes up with a mineral- rich volcanic mud mask infused with vitamins A, C and E.

The whole thing is completely indulgent but 100% saintly for your skin. I love the ‘Triple Cleanse Facial’ and would recommend it to anyone looking to add a little bit of pampering to their week. Visit them here to book an appointment at the Josh Wood Atellier or in the comfort of your own home:

Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Lots of love,

Roxie xx
