Walking in to the Mandarin Oriental I was faced immediately with a truly beautiful view. Two large circular armchairs, with a huge open fire placed and nothing but blue skies and a landscape of sea ahead of us. It was an idyllic landscape and set the scene for the blissful week I was about to embark on.
This stunning resort is based in Bodrum’s Paradise Bay overlooks the Aegaen Sea and has no less than 7 restaurants, a private beach, a spa, an amazing gym (including Pilates reformer machines), 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), a waterspouts centre and stunning beachfront rooms and suites. Oh, and to top it off – they have the infamous Blue Marlin beach club taking residency this summer!
This is not just a hotel, but a place where you can truly unwind, relax and reset whilst also giving you the opportunity to keep healthy, stay active and feel totally re-energised. When you go on holiday, it’s so easy to just forget all your good habits and just fully indulge in delicious cocktails, wine and food every day. Whilst I still did this, the amazing facilities and the healthy food options (like all the incredible fresh fish) meant that I could both indulge and stay fit at the same time, helping me calm some of that holiday guilt!
Here are some of my holiday pics:
Thank you so much to all the staff at the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum who were all incredibly friendly and helpful, catering to our every need. I honestly felt sad to say bye to them all! Check out their website here
Lots of Love, Roxie xx
