My Milan Adventure with The House of Peroni

April 26, 2016

Earlier this month, I was lucky enough to be taken to Milan with The House of Peroni. The glamorous three day trip was to give us a taste of what to expect at their annual ‘The House of Peroni Residency’, which will open its doors in London on Thursday 19th May and will run for 6 weeks. The theme of this year’s Residency is ‘For the love of Italy’  and once you step inside you will be taken into another world where you will enjoy the most mouth-wateringly good Italian food, divine cocktails and beautiful settings. This years ‘Master of Style’ is Margherita Missoni (part of the esteemed Italian fashion dynasty Missoni) who is working with The House of Peroni to create the interiors of the London Residency inspired by her love of her home country. Margherita will be taking inspiration from the beautiful Italian landscapes and drawing on her Italian heritage to immerse visitors of the Residency into the world of Italian Style!

We went to Milan to check out some of her favourite places and see just where she was drawing her inspiration from. If my trip was anything to go by, I can guarantee you will experience nothing less than a 5* luxury experience which will cater to all your senses! Here are some snaps from the most fabulous 3 days of my year so far:

The cutest bar ever, Bar Luce, designed by Wes Anderson. This iced coffee was pretty exceptional!

We started every meal with warm bread and cocktails. This was at super cool restaurant Ceresio 7

Steak Tartare to die for!

Desert at one of Milan’s oldest restaurants: Boeucc

Every street we turned onto was just stunning

Villa D’Este at Lake Como. One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen!

I really want to get married here!

    Hi Roxie,

Loved the post as I’m a lover of all things Italian! It looks like you had a wonderful experience. I had a quick question, your jumpsuit (from Zara?) – what size is it? X
